S.H.G. Formation and Training Expenses:

Women of economically weaker sections of the society were identified and motivated to form groups among them. The importance of savings and the value of group activity were insisted to them repeatedly. Their attitudes were changed toward saving. This year we have formed 20 Self-Help Groups in our area. Savings and Microcredit are the main activities of the sanga. The saved amount is rotated among the members as credit at a low rate of interest. The members save regularly once in a month and meet twice in a month. They also participate in the public and our trust functions.
